The MacPaw Affiliate Program is a way for you to earn money by advertising MacPaw products on your website, blog, newsletter, or to your social network community. For every person you refer that completes a purchase you earn commission on the transaction.

You can join MacPaw affiliate program here. We personally review all applications and, once your application is approved, send you an email that includes banners and your affiliate links so you can easily add them to your website.

It costs absolutely nothing to become an affiliate partner, and you can end your affiliate relationship at any time.

We review every affiliate application carefully to ensure you are in compliance with our Program Terms and Conditions. While we cannot approve all affiliates to the program, we’re looking for affiliate partners with websites relevant to MacPaw products and Mac software. If you have a website already evangelizing MacPaw products, that helps too. We reserve the right to reject any website containing objectionable material, including explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups. We will remove any approved affiliate found in violation of our Terms & Conditions or participating in activities that may reflect negatively on MacPaw products or brand.

You can only use approved creatives available through the affiliate program. You are not allowed to alter our logos or approved creative in any way. You’ll find the approved banners and other creatives in the Impact interface. These assets are regularly updated and include new promotions and other news.

The sky's the limit. Affiliates earn 35% commission on every referred sale that occurs on a click through their website, blog, newsletter, or social network community. Commission levels increase as you reach new performance tiers and depend on the purchases made by your referrals.

To make it easier for affiliates, MacPaw runs the affiliate program through Impact. You can log in and check your sales performance and commissions earned at any time.

Affiliate commissions are paid through Impact. The payment method options are: ACH, Check, PayPal, and International Electronic Funds Transfer. Commissions are paid monthly, and if you do not reach the payment threshold, your commissions earned will be carried over to subsequent months until the payment threshold is met.

As a partner and member of the MacPaw Affiliate Program, you represent an extension of the MacPaw brand. As such, your responsibilities are to:

• Add your MacPaw affiliate links to your website or blog within 7 days of being approved to the program;
• Give MacPaw banners exposure and visibility on your website, blog, newsletter, or mentions to your social networking community;
• Ensure that your website content is appropriate, up-to-date and relevant to be associated with MacPaw;
• Use approved banners and links provided to ensure accurate tracking so we can attribute your sales and pay you commissions earned.

You may not bid on the trademarks “MacPaw” or “MacPaw.com,” or any variations thereof, including misspellings. You may not use those trademarked names in meta tags or domain names or link directly to our site from PPC ads.

You are not permitted to bid in Pay-Per-Click campaigns on keywords such as macpaw.com, macpaw, www.macpaw, www.macpaw.com, cleanmymac, clean my mac, cleanmymac.com, www.cleanmymac, www.cleanmymac.com, www.cleanmypc.com, cleanmypc, clean my pc, cleanmy, cleanmypc.com, www.cleanmypc and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these - be it separately or in combination with other keywords or, if you are a coupon affiliate, in combination with + coupon, + discount and similar key phrases. Bidding on those keywords will be considered trademark violation and you will be terminated and banned from MacPaw Affiliate Program.

All affiliates must comply with FTC's Endorsement Guidelines, which means that you must a have a reasonable basis for any endorsements and product reviews that you publish. You can check some disclosure examples here.

You may use mailings to customers to promote MacPaw products as long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or website, and recipients have the option to remove themselves from future mailings. Please note that you cannot appear as “MacPaw” in the emails that you send.

You can only send traffic to approved landing pages available through our affiliate program. The links can be found in your Impact affiliate interface, under the “Ads.”

Our most successful affiliate partners prepare detailed product reviews which would resonate with their audience. Thus, the next step is to start working on content about your favorite MacPaw products and add your affiliate links and banners once it’s ready.

Permitted traffic sources and activities: content websites; blogs; social media groups which belong to your site/blog; cashback websites; newsletters to double-opt in contacts. Disapproved traffic sources and activities: ppc bidding; cookie stuffing; disruptive ad formats (popups, popunders, etc.); toolbars, plugins, and browser extensions/helper objects, shopping assistance applications, etc.; teaser networks; subnetworks (subject to transparency screening); fraud and spamming; promote or display sexually explicit materials; cybersquatting and typosquatting; coupon usage (restricted usage).
