Since we want our partners to get the best experience from our space and the quality of cooperation, we are currently looking for an event coordinator. In this role, you will support external and internal events (both online and offline) to ensure they run smoothly and according to set requirements.

Develop, organize, and implement event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate logistics, catering, tech setup, and material preparation.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Together with the SMM service create promotional content for social media, newsletters, and other channels.
Signing contracts with customers and controlling payments
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain clear communication with attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Collect feedback from attendees and team members to evaluate event success.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, prepare documents, etc. Welcome MPS visitors and guide them, delivering high-class service to our guests
Analyze data and prepare reports for future event improvements.
Maintain MPS events calendar and MPS website in up-to-date state, update it according to changes if needed.
+2 years of experience in organizing various types of events (hybrid, online, cultural, educational, etc.)
Experience with budgeting and drafting legal agreements
Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
B2 English (at least)
Developed own base of vendors(as a plus)
