We are seeking a results-driven Finance Director to manage financial operations of Ukrainian entity. This role will play a key part in establishing process excellence, optimizing cost efficiencies, and ensuring financial transparency, paving the way for future success.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute the operational financial tactical goals in alignment with global objectives.
  • Ensure the preparation of accurate country-level financial statements and reports.

  • Drive cost efficiency through procurement system improvements and operational controls.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with local, IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Oversee preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow), improve data quality.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and financial accuracy.

  • Lead and mentor the local finance team to achieve high-performance .
  • Serve as a key advisor to the Global CFO 

  • Build relationships with local external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Adapt and implement new technologies for finance automation and paperless processes.

  • Maintain robust financial operations as the company scales.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • Experience of managing team of 5+ direct reports in IT international companies 
  • Expertise with Ukrainian and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
  • Strong experience in FP&A and taxation systems
  • Proven ability to design and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, tools, and automation technologies.
  • Strategic thinking with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

  • Advanced English

As a plus:
  • Experience with GAAP standards
