We are seeking a results-driven Finance Director to manage financial operations of Ukrainian entity. This role will play a key part in establishing process excellence, optimizing cost efficiencies, and ensuring financial transparency, paving the way for future success.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute the operational financial tactical goals in alignment with global objectives.

Ensure the preparation of accurate country-level financial statements and reports.
- Drive cost efficiency through procurement system improvements and operational controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with local, IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow), improve data quality.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.

Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and financial accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the local finance team to achieve high-performance .

Serve as a key advisor to the Global CFO
- Build relationships with local external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

Adapt and implement new technologies for finance automation and paperless processes.
- Maintain robust financial operations as the company scales.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Experience of managing team of 5+ direct reports in IT international companies
- Expertise with Ukrainian and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Strong experience in FP&A and taxation systems
- Proven ability to design and implement cost-saving measures.
- Knowledge of financial systems, tools, and automation technologies.
- Strategic thinking with a solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
