As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of billing and monetization of MacPaw products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and leverage user insights to drive revenue growth while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with billing and monetization partners
Execute monetization& billing strategy with attention to details and sense of responsibility, suggest and execute improvements if necessary
Improve a business model of a product by analyzing competitors and modeling a unit economics of the product. Do it by continuous testing and evaluation
Participate in the product strategy development by determining its capabilities through market analysis, competitors analysis, product potential, etc, taking into consideration the product stream draft strategies
Continuously test and enhance the product price and offering by managing the conduction of analysis of user willingness to pay and price elasticity tests. Developing the discount policies etc.
Develop and execute the product budget by forecasting costs and revenue within your area of responsibility
Synchronize a roadmap with a product team, its consistency and relevance
Regularly collect and analyze data from product users and business stakeholders to ensure efficient decision-making process
Collaborate closely with internal (data analyst, designer, tech team and PMM) and external stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and business objectives
5+ years of experience in product management, leading product development end-to-end (billing and/ or monetization, payments, product compliance)
Proven ability to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver measurable business impact.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and cohort analysis.
Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and customer research methodologies.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, get buy-in, and influence decision-making in the organization.
Proficiency in software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD).
Deep understanding of growth, monetization, and pricing strategies for digital products.
Experience working closely with engineering teams, with a solid grasp of technical concepts (APIs, SDKs, webhooks, etc.).
Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term product vision, making trade-offs between speed, quality, and business impact.
Proficiency in subscription models, paywalls, upsells, and other monetization strategies.
Deep understanding of subscription billing, payments, renewals, refunds, chargebacks, and dunning strategies.
Ability to evaluate and optimize payment flows to reduce churn and improve conversions.
Hands-on experience working on account management features, such as multi-device login, session handling, and security.
Some technical knowledge, such as basic scripting or coding (Python, JavaScript, SQL), is a plus.
Familiarity with licensing models and anti-piracy strategies.
