We are now looking for an experienced Total Rewards Lead who will develop, implement, and manage our Reward programs and approaches based on business and functional strategies. You will guide the Total Rewards Team of professionals who align business needs and affordability with talent attraction and retention.

Your expertise in building a total rewards system for over 500 employees and different locations will be instrumental to MacPaw`s success.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the Organizational Development Department (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) and report to the Chief Organizational Development Officer. You’ll play a critical part in scaling and adjusting the company`s Compensation & Benefits programs, bringing them to the next level.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and maintain MacPaw Reward strategy for all locations to support business growth and talent management needs. Research, analyze, and validate relevant solutions to deliver the strategy based on business needs, affordability, challenges, emerging market trends, and industry approaches.
  • Review and manage the company's global base salary structures and approaches.
  • Establish and lead salary review processes and analyze salary data across all locations to timely make informed recommendations for adjustments and enhancements.
  • Oversee the design, administration, and optimization of the company's core benefits programs. Analyze utilization data, costs, and market benchmarks to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the staff cost budgeting efforts related to compensation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, financial targets, and market trends. Develop staff cost budget scenarios and approve them with the Chief Organizational Development Officer and CEO.
  • Build the ongoing analysis of internal reward practice, external market competitiveness, and relevancy according to business strategy for informed decision-making. Anticipate and approve needed updates to stay effective and adjust company reward practices accordingly.
  • Lead communication efforts to educate employees and managers on Reward policies, guidelines, and processes. Drive the development of policies, educational materials, and resources to promote employee understanding and engagement with core Reward programs and processes.
  • Drive continual improvements in the team`s performance, efficiency, and workflows by monitoring new trends and introducing new practices, approaches, and tools, improving existing ones to ensure the team's effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular operational processes for team members: hiring, performance review, training, promotions, etc.


Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role in companies of 500+ employees.

  • Ability to lead the Comp&Ben function both strategically and operationally.

  • Ability to analyze, structure, and systemize large sets of information.

  • Experience in the development, adaptation, reengineering, and scaling of benefit programs.

  • Understanding the job market and navigating trends.

  • Experience working in international companies.

  • 3+ years of Team/people management experience (teams of 3+ people).

  • English - Advanced (C1)

  • Certifications in HR, C&B.
