View device details

As the Owner or an Admin, you can view a list of all Mac computers enrolled in your CleanMyMac Business Organization and explore individual device details. Here's how:

1. In the Admin Dashboard, go to Devices.

   

   The list of all devices in your Organization opens.

2. Find the device you're interested in and click its entry.

   

   The device page opens.

3. On the Info tab, find detailed information about the device:

   • Name and model

   • Main info: device enrollment date, uptime, users, version of the CleanMyMac Business desktop app installed, model number, serial number, macOS version, and last active date and time.

   • Processor info: type, number of cores, and speed.

   • Memory info: total size, extendability, and type.

   • Graphics: bus type, chipset model, memory size, and number of cores.

   • Storage: total size, name, type, and capacity of each storage device.

   • Location: device's country and city.
