Edit automation task
(Updated: )To edit the settings of an automation task—Smart Scan, Malware Scan, or Application Updates—configured within your CleanMyMac Business Organization:
- Sign in to your Owner or Admin account in the Admin Dashboard, then go to Automation. 
- In a task widget, for example, in Smart Scan, click Edit. - Alternatively, you can go to the task details and click Edit there in the upper-right corner. 
- In the task settings, change the following as needed: - Name of the task
- Date and time to force task execution at
- Number of reminders shown to users before the task is forced
- Types of system junk to clean during the task execution
 Note- You can't edit the task start date and time, and the repeat interval—to change these, you have to create and configure the task anew. - Click Save Automation to save changes and close the task settings—updated settings will take effect after the current task cycle finishes. - Click Close at the bottom or the Close icon (  ) at the top, or press the Esc (Escape) key to discard changes and close the task settings. ) at the top, or press the Esc (Escape) key to discard changes and close the task settings.
