Manage account settings

As a user of a CleanMyMac Business Organization, you can update your account settings, including personal details and privacy preferences.

Important

For Admins, these steps assume you've received an email invitation to join your Organization, accepted it, and created your CleanMyMac Business account. If not, please check your email for the invitation and follow the instructions provided.

  1. Sign in to your CleanMyMac Business account.

    The Admin Dashboard opens.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the profile picture and choose Account Settings.

    Alternatively, if you have the desktop app installed and you're signed in to your CleanMyMac Business account there, click the app icon in the menu bar, then click the gear icon ( Gear icon ) and choose Account.

    The Settings page opens in a new browser tab.


On the Settings page, you can update your personal details (name, email address, and account password), adjust privacy preferences (product analytics and marketing newsletters), and download the desktop app.
