View and manage users

As the Owner or an Admin, you can view and manage users in your Organization, as well as explore details for each individual user.

To view all users in your Organization, sign in to your Owner or Admin account in the Admin Dashboard, then go to Users and Licenses.

Here, you can:

  • View the total number of users in your Organization, the number of used device licenses, and the number of available (unused) device licenses

  • See users':

    • Email addresses and names

    • Statuses—A user can have either Active or Invitation Pending status. Active means the user received and accepted the invitation to join your Organization, and registered their account. Invitation Pending means the user received the invitation to their email address, but hasn't accepted it and hasn't registered their account yet.

    • Assigned and used licenses—The Licenses column displays two numbers: the first represents the number of licenses currently in use by the user, and the second shows the total number of licenses available to the user.

    • Roles

  • Search for users by email addresses and names

  • Sort users by email addresses and names

  • Invite new users to your Organization

  • Assign device licenses to users

  • Change user roles

  • Remove users from your Organization

To explore details and manage an Organization user, click the respective user entry.

Here, you can:

  • View the user's email address, name, date they joined your Organization, their account ID, role, status, and the number of device licenses assigned to them (both used and unused)

  • Assign additional device licenses

  • Change the user role

  • Remove devices to free up available licenses and transfer them to another user's device

  • Revoke device licenses

  • Remove the user from your Organization
