Invite users to Organization
(Updated: )As the Owner or an Admin, you can invite as many users as needed to your Organization. "Inviting" doesn't mean "paying for": in CleanMyMac Business, you only pay for the number of device licenses available to your Organization based on your plan.
To invite users to your Organization:
- In the Admin Dashboard, go to Users and Licenses. 
- On the upper right, click Invite Member. - The Invite Members dialog opens. 
- In the open dialog: - Enter the email addresses of those you want to invite as users of your Organization. 
- Choose a role to assign to the invitees upon joining. 
- Optionally, assign device licenses to the invitees. Specify the number of licenses to allocate to each user. 
 - Click Invite to send the invitations. 
Each invitee receives an email with instructions on how to join your Organization.
