(Updated: )Space Lens is a CleanMyMac module that builds a detailed map of your storage—fascinating to explore and easy to clean. Neat and visual, it represents folders and files on a disk as bubbles of various sizes. Space Lens can analyze both internal and external drives or individual folders of your choice.
To get started:
Open CleanMyMac and click Space Lens in the sidebar.
Choose a volume or folder to scan.
By default, your main drive is selected, so Space Lens will analyze every folder and file on your Mac. To scan another volume or a specific folder, click the location selector and pick your target.
Click Scan to build the storage map and wait for the process to finish.
When the scan completes, review your results.
That's it—you're ready to explore and clean your storage with Space Lens!
